Large bedroom with own bath in home(shared with Alumni).

Large one bedroom in a 4-bd, 1.75-bath house. Bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, night stands and 2 desks with chairs. If you have furniture of your own, this can be accommodated.

There is ample cabinet space in bedroom for art supplies... , storage, clothes. Three large windows for plenty of light with direct access to the backyard/patio.

The house itself is on a quiet street on a hillside in Glassell Park. Directly on the border of both Glendale and Eagle Rock. It has easy access to the 2, the 5 and the 134. Shopping and other conveniences are minutes away. Easy commute to either campus.

Renter has use of the public spaces in the house and yard. Utilities are included at the start but may need to be reevaluated if use is excessive. Internet is shared. Renter needs to be neat and respectful of property.

I am an ACCD alumni and former instructor.
