Art Center Alumni (1994-1998) offering a room in our home. Please note that this listing is for female applicants only. This is a room for rent in a large family home and you would be sharing a bathroom with another female student. The home is in the... foothills of Tujunga on a quiet cul-de-sac street with plenty of non permit parking. No parking day restrictions. Shared kitchen with some cabinets for your needs. We have a toaster oven, microwave, double oven and gas stove, water kettle and coffee Keurig. Eating area for your enjoyment. Mini fridge in your room is allowed.
What's included with the room: HIGH Speed internet, large flat screen TV and cable, two loads of laundry a week. Washer and dryer are conveniently inside house and nearby. Kitchen use, air conditioned and heated home. The room has a ceiling fan, dresser and side table and lamp. Large storage and closet space with shelves. We do not offer any storage other than what is provided in the room. Twin bed frame provided by request.
Toilet paper and laundry products are not provided.
A few rules of the house: This is a non smoking home. No vaping, smoking, drugs or belligerent drinking will be tolerated in the home. No sleepover guests at any time. We kindly ask that you consider the peace of mind and safety of everyone living here, do not bring strangers into the home.
Sorry, no pets allowed. We have plenty already. Two dogs and two cats. Some chickens too.
