Private room & bath with balcony (dual master suite floor plan). The attached two-car garage has direct access into the unit. My place is located within walking distance of the Rose Bowl. The 46-unit gated townhouse community is named Rosewalk.... There is a pool/cabana and small park-like play area. The rent is $1500/month on a month-to-month basis (first and last month required) with $450 security/cleaning deposit. No charge for utilities unless you use a great deal of electricity and/or water. Prefer female. No smoking / No drugs on premises. I have a small dog; however, I do not allow any pets.
